Our lead veterinarian and owner, Dr. Hayes, will provide compassionate and skilled care alongside a team of experienced veterinary staff. Open 5 days a week for scheduled appointments, we also will see pets for emergency appointments if needed during our business hours.
Please call us if you have an emergency, and we will work you into our schedule as quickly as possible. We are conveniently located in the heart of central Florida, near Seaworld and the other Orlando theme parks serving Williamsburg, Dr. Phillips, Hunter’s Creek, Celebration, and North Osceola county.

It is evident that the entire team cares for the animals and for their owners. From our first visit onward they have been attentive and kind. Our dogs are a bit anxious with new people and places and everyone always takes their time with them. They patiently earn their trust and our pups always warm up to them quickly. (Dogs are the best judges of character!) The environment inside is quiet and calm. The vet, techs, and staff pay close attention to what we share and are thoughtful with their approach. Their pricing seems to be inline with other well reviewed clinics in the area. They provide honest advice on treatment and medication options, and then allow us to consider the options and make the best choice for us and our dogs without pressure or guilt-tripping. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but it seems it is because of the care are taking with the pets. They make you feel like family. We are very grateful to have found them. Just got done with our new kittens first vet visit and wow what a place to bring your pets. They take time to let your little guy decompress before they take a look at them. Everything was explained in detail and you can tell they all truly have a love for animals. My little guy needed ear mite treatment which was done outside the room, but you could hear them talking so nicely to him throughout the cleaning. He’s home snoozing comfortably now with no parasites! They made it a breeze and I look forward to bringing him and any future family pets here again!Anne H.
